Content Removal & Complaints Policy
Version 1.0 (effective 8 September 2026)
This Policy of X-I Nouvelle-France Inc. explains how any person can request the removal of content from https://urdesires.com and related services (the "Service"), and how complaints and appeals are handled. It supplements our Community Guidelines.
1. Who Can Complain
Anyone may report content or request its removal, including persons who do not hold an account and persons who appear in content on the Service.
2. How to Complain
- In-product Report features; or
- Email to [email protected] with: information sufficient to locate the content, such as a URL or username; the reason for the request; and, where the request concerns your own depiction, a statement that you appear in the content and do not consent to its publication.
3. Timelines

4. Intellectual Property Complaints
Rights holders or their agents may report infringing content by email to [email protected]. Include: identification of the protected work; the location of the allegedly infringing content; a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised; a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act; and your contact details and signature, electronic signature accepted. Validated infringing content is removed or disabled. Repeat infringers' accounts may be terminated. Counter-notices are handled at the same address.
5. Outcomes
Depending on the finding: content removal, warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension or termination, IP or device bans, and referral to authorities where legally required. Where applicable law requires, affected users receive a statement of reasons.
6. Appeals
Both the complainant and the uploader may appeal a decision within 14 days at [email protected], with the reference of the decision and a clear explanation. Appeals are reviewed in good faith by a person not involved in the original decision (Community Guidelines, Section 8). Where consent to a depiction cannot be established, the content remains removed.
