Content & Age Policy
Version 1.0 (effective 8 September 2026)
This Content & Age Policy ("Policy") forms part of your agreement with X-I Nouvelle-France Inc. ("we", "us", "our") and applies to https://urdesires.com and related services (the "Service"). It explains the age requirement, how age is attested and verified, and the content standards that apply to the Service. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
1.1. You must be at least eighteen years old, or the higher age of majority in your jurisdiction, to access any part of the Service.
1.2. We do not knowingly permit minors to register, access or interact with the Service. If we discover or reasonably suspect that an Account is held or accessed by a minor, we suspend or terminate it, delete associated data as appropriate, and may report the matter to competent authorities.
1.3. Do not attempt to circumvent age controls, misrepresent your age, or assist any minor in accessing the Service.
2. Age Attestation at Registration
2.1. At registration you must provide your true date of birth and affirmatively confirm that you are of legal age.
2.2. We keep a secure record of your attestation: declared date of birth, calculated age, when and where the attestation was made, device and connection information, and the version of the legal documents displayed.
2.3. If you registered through a third-party sign-on and we could not collect a valid date of birth, you will be prompted to provide one before full access is granted.
3. Age Verification
3.1. We may require you to verify your age where we have reason to doubt it, including following a report, a fraud signal, or a regulatory requirement.
3.2. We use age-estimation technology, which may analyse facial images, under the privacy controls of Section 4 and the Privacy Policy. Two verification paths are available:
(a) Approved profile photo. You may choose to have age estimation run against your approved profile photo. We ask for your explicit consent before running the analysis; the consent is recorded.
(b) One-time capture. If you have no approved profile photo, you may submit a one-time facial capture through the in-product verification flow. The capture is used only to assess age.
3.3. A failed or refused verification may lead to feature restrictions or suspension of the Account pending review. You may request human review of an automated decision at [email protected] (Privacy Policy, Section 4).
4. One-Time Capture: Privacy Guarantees
4.1. Dedicated private storage. The capture is stored separately from your public photos and profile media. It cannot appear on your profile or be seen by other users.
4.2. Single purpose. The capture is processed only for age-estimation and audit purposes. It is not used for marketing or profiling.
4.3. Immediate deletion. The image file is deleted as soon as a verification decision is made. If no decision is reached, it is deleted automatically within 30 days.
4.4. What we keep. After deletion we retain only a minimal, non-biometric record of the decision — which cannot identify you or reconstruct the image — and your consent record, kept only as long as necessary for legal compliance and dispute resolution.
4.5. No publication, no sharing. We do not publish, sell, license or share your capture. Age estimation runs on our own systems; the capture never leaves our infrastructure.
4.6. Explicit consent. Submitting a capture requires your explicit, informed consent, requested immediately before capture with a plain-language summary of Sections 4.1 to 4.5.
5. Content Standards
5.1. Nudity, sexually explicit and pornographic content are not permitted on the Service.
5.2. Your uploads must comply with the Community Guidelines; all persons depicted must be adults. Never upload images depicting persons under 18, in any context.
5.3. Uploads are subject to automated and human moderation. Content that breaches this Policy or the Community Guidelines is rejected or removed, and repeated or serious breaches lead to the sanctions described there.
6. Reporting Suspected Minors
6.1. If you believe another user is under 18, report immediately via in-product reporting or [email protected].
6.2. We investigate all reports promptly. Confirmed or strongly suspected cases result in Account termination and, where appropriate, referral to authorities.
7. Minors' Data
We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Parents who believe a minor has provided data should contact [email protected] for expedited deletion.
8. Regulatory Context by User Market
8.1. Age-assurance and minor-protection rules apply based on your User Market:

8.2. We may apply stricter controls for your User Market without reducing protections elsewhere.
8.3. Where a User Market mandates a specific age-assurance method, we implement it for users in that market and update this Policy.
9. Changes
Material changes are notified in-product or by email. Where acceptance is required, we request renewed affirmative consent and record the new version in your consent history.
